Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Mintrage website and seller portal. The Seller Agreement sets out the detailed commercial terms. If these Terms and the Seller Agreement conflict for a registered seller, the Seller Agreement applies.

2. What Mintrage provides

Mintrage is a production and fulfillment partner. Registered sellers promote listed services, set their own customer prices and find their own customers. Mintrage produces the deliverable and delivers it to the seller. Mintrage does not guarantee customers, orders, sales, revenue or profit.

3. Registration and the annual fee

Registration costs US$25 per year and is valid for 12 months from approval. Your account becomes active only after Mintrage verifies your payment and approves your registration. Submitting a form, uploading a receipt or telling us you have paid does not activate an account.

4. Base prices and customer prices

The base price is what the seller pays Mintrage for an order. The customer price is set by the seller. Gross profit before other expenses is the customer price minus the base price. It is not guaranteed income. Prices, specifications and estimated delivery times may change and apply to future orders.

5. Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not mean Mintrage has accepted it. Mintrage reviews each order and sends payment instructions. Production starts after Mintrage verifies the base-price payment. Only an authorised Mintrage administrator can mark a payment as verified.

6. Delivery and revisions

Delivery times in the catalogue are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Mintrage delivers completed work to the seller, not to the seller’s customer. Revisions are limited to the number stated for each service. See clauses 14, 15 and 18 of the Seller Agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Mintrage for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, infringement of others’ rights or to submit unlawful material. You must keep your login details secure and must not share your account.

8. Suspension and termination

Mintrage may suspend or terminate an account as set out in clauses 28 to 30 of the Seller Agreement.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page.
