Refund and Cancellation Policy
When fees are and are not refunded.
Registration fee
- The US$25 annual registration fee is non-refundable once your registration is approved, subject to applicable law.
- If Mintrage declines your registration, you are refunded within 10 to 15 days.
- If you end your registration voluntarily, the fee is not refunded.
Order base price
- Once you submit an order and Mintrage accepts it, you pay the applicable base price shown in the catalogue.
- The base price is non-refundable once paid. This includes cancelling within 24 hours of ordering, unless Mintrage expressly agrees otherwise or the law requires it.
Your customer’s refunds
Mintrage does not sell to your customers. Any refund to your customer is your responsibility.
