What we collect and why.
In short: we collect and store the information you give us when you register and afterwards, so that we can run our service smoothly.
What we collect
- Registration: full name, email address, country of residence, country of business operation, business or social media page (if you give one), and your acceptance of our agreements.
- Account: your login email and a securely hashed password, account status and registration dates.
- Payments: the payment reference and any proof of payment you send us. We never ask for card numbers, banking passwords or PINs.
- Orders: the service you order, your requirements, links and files you provide, and your own order reference.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fault-finding.
Why we use it
To register and verify sellers, take and fulfil orders, verify payments, send you service emails, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and support you.
Who can see it
- Mintrage administrators.
- People who produce your deliverable, who see the order details they need.
- Cloudflare.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages do not use advertising or analytics trackers. When you log in, we use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data by emailing support@mintrage.com.
